WELCOME - The Erie Construction Council, Inc. is a membership organization of construction contractors, companies, firms and individuals engaged in the Commercial, Industrial and Institutional building construction industry and related fields in Northwestern Pennsylvania, along with portions of Western New York and Eastern Ohio.  The ECC, established in 1947, is a not-for-profit professional trade association promoting our members and the community.
